There is no vault and no stored passwords. You remember one master password, and the extension
derives a unique password for every website from it. Computed locally, on the spot, every time you
need it. Nothing is stored, nothing is sent anywhere, and everything works fully offline.

The same master password plus the same per-site options reproduce the same passwords on any device.

Explanation of the required permissions below:

• "Access your data for all websites"
  This is what lets the extension fill in your passwords and one-time codes. To do that it needs to
  see the login field you focus and the domain of the site you are on. Nothing else. Everything
  happens on your device; no page content ever leaves it and nothing is stored.
• "Access browser activity during navigation"
  This simply lets the extension notice when a page has finished loading, so it can be ready to fill
  in your password on login pages. It does not track, store, or share where you have been.
