This release makes market hours and holidays more accurate. Every market's hours and calendar were re-checked against the exchange's own published sources.

• Tokyo now closes at 15:30 local time, following the Tokyo Stock Exchange's session extension on 5 November 2024.
• Full-day holidays are now recognized for all eight markets: Shanghai, Hong Kong, Mumbai, and Frankfurt join Sydney, Tokyo, London, and New York.
• Scheduled early closes are shown, for example New York at 13:00 on the day after Thanksgiving and on Christmas Eve, and the Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve half days in Sydney, Hong Kong, and London. Notifications follow the early close.
• For dates beyond a market's published calendar, Forex Time shows "Unverified" instead of assuming the market is open, and pauses that market's notifications.
