Im sorry for this inconvenience, ChatGPT is very eager with updates lately - which can sometimes temporarily break some of the features in the extension, I am doing my best to catch up with their changes as fast as possible! ;-)
I just made a fix for their latest changes, if you update to v4.6.0 of the extension, everything should be working again, and I also added some extra improvements to the right-side chat navigator ;-)
Could you give that a try and let me know what you think? And if you are happy with the new version, I would of course appreciate it if you would revise your review ;-)
